Sacrificing Design Mechanics

Sometimes you just have to do it. There’s something in your game that you just love.
The elegance of the logic or the math. Or maybe just the way something looks.
But it hurts the game overall. For me, it was my Quasi-Inertial Movement.
Playtesters were frustrated by this, and I think it didn’t really add much.
So i decided to remove it. I personally like it, but i think it’s not right.
And since Engine components no longer have “Maneuver Rating”,
I will add “Evasion” instead. It will reduce incoming damage.

Work Continues.

Here’s a little pic of the Map Legend, available any time on the lower right side of the screen.
